| Payment:
Production on imprinted items
will not begin until customer has made payment in full. Persuasive
Promotions accepts checks (will delay production), Visa, Mastercard,
Discover card and American Express.. |

| Less than Minimum Order:
We have determined that it is not cost
effective to accept orders less than the minimum quantities because
of the complex process and number of people involved in customizing
the merchandise. |
|
| Pre-Production Proofs:
Pre-production proofs are an actual sample of
your customized item. Although they will delay your order by a
few days they are highly recommended and typically incur an
additional fee. Fees will vary depending on item. |
|
|
Returned Checks:
All checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds will be
charged a $50.00 fee. |
|
| Over and Under Quantities:
Although our suppliers try to ship the exact
quantities ordered that is not always possible therefore Persuasive
Promotions reserves the right to ship and bill or credit up to 10%
over or under the requested amount. The possible over run and under
run percentage is listed for each item on each product page. |

Delays in Shipping:
Our customers agree that they will not hold
Persuasive Promotions liable for delays in delivery due to acts of
God or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

| Shipping Charges:
Every effort is made to ship your order in the most
economical way possible. UPS Ground is used in most cases with the
exception of extremely heavy items which are shipped freight
prepaid. All orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board)
from the factory and become your property at the time they are
accepted by the carrier.

| Drop or Split Shipments:
There is a $10.00 charge for each drop or split
shipment after the first location. Drop or Split shipments
must be in full carton quantities. |
|
| International Shipping:
We will accept international orders provided we
are supplied with a shipping and billing address within the
continental United States or with your UPS Shipper No. to cover all
tax, duties and shipping costs to a destination outside the United
States. |

| Cancellations and Alterations
to Existing Orders:
Once an order is
submitted to our suppliers we cannot guarantee that we will be able
to cancel or change the order. We will make every effort to
satisfy your wishes however the customer will be responsible for all
fees incurred up to the time of cancellation and charged a minimum
fee of $50.00 to cover pre-production expenses. |

| Claims and Returns:
If you have any complaints with your
merchandise you must contact Persuasive Promotions within 15 days of
receipt and you will be issued a Return Material Authorization
Number. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. |

| Warranties:
Persuasive Promotions will make available to you all
transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the goods. |
|
| Changes in Price:
Although we make every effort to keep the changing
prices current, occasionally we might miss an item. Persuasive
Promotions reserves the right to change prices on their website at
anytime. |
|
|
Samples Policy:
- One
random sample of any item will be provided upon request.
- A fee of the highest
column price plus shipping charges of the item requested will be charged
and paid for prior to the sample being shipped.
- There will be no
return and refund of any sample if item is not purchased
- We do not always have in
inventory a sample of the item that is requested. We will acquire a
sample from our suppliers and forward it to the requestor as soon as
possible. This process can take up to two weeks time.
